Are your perfumes authentic?

Yes. Everything we sell is genuine stock from the original UAE perfume houses, supplied boxed and sealed.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatched from our unit in the United Kingdom.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, you can pay in 3 interest-free instalments with Klarna at checkout.

What is the difference between Eau de Parfum and Extrait de Parfum?

Extrait de Parfum has a higher concentration of perfume oils than Eau de Parfum, so it is usually richer and longer lasting on the skin.

Can I return a perfume?

Unopened, sealed items can be returned. For hygiene reasons opened fragrances can only be returned if faulty. See our refund policy for full details.
