Moonstone Mist opens green and fizzing. Thai basil gives a sweet aniseed lift, grapefruit brings the zest, timut pepper adds its own citrus-like sparkle on top, and freesia keeps the whole opening airy.

Polished woods take the middle. A peppery, ambery warmth runs through them and Haitian vetiver draws a smoky, grassy line underneath that stops the woods from turning bland.

The finish is dry and mineral. Indonesian patchouli brings the earth, a clean ambery woodiness sits over the top, and the whole thing tucks itself close to the skin rather than projecting.

Despite the name this is a full Eau de Parfum spray, not a body mist, and it wears with that strength. Autumn and winter suit it, by day or in the evening, and it works just as well on men as it does on women.

How to wear

Spray 2-3 times on pulse points (wrists, neck, behind the ears) from about 15cm away. Apply to moisturised skin and don't rub, so the basil and grapefruit stay crisp. One spray on a collar keeps the woods and vetiver with you through the day.
