Obsidian Soul opens bright and zesty. Lemon and bergamot lead the way, ginger and cardamom put a warm prickle behind them, and a watery melon note rounds off the sharp corners.

Green apple and blackcurrant crisp up the middle while lavender and sage bring a clean, barbershop sort of herbal quality. A quiet rose and a little patchouli sit underneath and give the scent more depth than the opening lets on.

The drydown is smooth and creamy. Vanilla settles over sandalwood and cashmere wood, white musk keeps everything clean, and a salty ambergris warmth runs through the very end.

How to wear

Spray 2-3 times on pulse points (wrists, neck, behind the ears) from about 15cm away. Apply to moisturised skin and don't rub, so the lemon and ginger stay lively. A light spray on a shirt keeps the vanilla and sandalwood close as the day goes on.
