Royal Clavis Aristo begins where most scents end, smooth and rich from the very first spray, with dry cedarwood, salty ambergris and soft tonka bean laid down like velvet. The heart is the surprise: jasmine and violet turn it powdery and refined, then praline and a lick of pink pepper slip in with sweetness and a spicy tickle. Through the dry-down runs a bright thread of ginger, mango, lemon and tart rhubarb, which lifts an otherwise weighty scent and keeps it wearable.

How to wear

Spray 2-3 times on pulse points (wrists, neck, behind the ears) from about 15cm away. Apply to moisturised skin and don't rub, so the powdery florals stay soft. One extra mist on a coat lapel lets the woods and praline follow you into the room.
