Tiramisu Ganache opens exactly the way the name promises: hot espresso dusted over a slice of chocolate cake, roasted and sugary in the same breath. The middle turns spoonable - whipped mascarpone, warm milk and a generous splash of Irish cream, soft enough to feel like dessert rather than a coffee shop. How to wear

Spray 2-3 times on pulse points (wrists, neck, behind the ears) from about 15cm away. Apply to moisturised skin and don't rub, so the coffee and chocolate stay separate rather than blurring. A light mist on a jumper keeps the vanilla and praline dry-down going.
