A clean citrus opening of bergamot and verbena, sharp and lightly bitter rather than sugary. An aromatic green streak of fennel follows, with hedione giving an airy, jasmine-like transparency that keeps it crisp instead of sweet. It dries down on green matcha tea, clean musk and pale noble woods, so the overall effect is soapy and understated.

How to wear

Spray two or three times on the neck and wrists from about 15cm away, onto moisturised skin, and reapply at lunchtime in hot weather if you want the bergamot back. Do not rub it in, or the verbena and fennel flatten out. A light mist on a shirt keeps the matcha tea and musk going through the afternoon.
